Lightning Lab: Empowering Not-for-Profits and Community Care Leaders

Join us for this  immersive, live online course designed specifically for leaders in not-for-profits and home and community care.

 

The Lightning Lab is a high-speed, design-thinking session that helps teams rally around specific challenges or opportunities. Using the EMPATHIZE-DEFINE-IDEATE-DEVELOP-DELIVER model, this course will equip you with the tools to quickly align your team and take action on pressing issues in a way that is equitable, focused and builds positive momentum FAST--usually in 90 minutes to two hours!

  • How to keep momentum post-Lightning Lab to get real results!

You'll also get to practice your facilitation fortitude on day 2 to build confidence in the process and your abilities!
