THE CHALLENGE:

Circle of Care wanted a bold new vision for its Adult Day Program to match the beautiful, modern facility it was moving to.  They sought to optimize the physical space, operational workflows, and overall experience for program participants, caregivers, and staff in the new environment.

THE APPROACH: 

Big Eye Innovation implemented a comprehensive process to understand client and caregiver needs, define and clarify priorities, consider new programming options and revenue streams and collaboratively develop a new vision for the revamped service. The process included:

• Engagement of caregivers to understand needs, challenges and opportunities through qualitative interviews

• Research into global trends and offerings in the adult day program space for inspiration and consideration

• Service innovation exploration to spark analogous thinking and creative application in an adult day program context

• Collaborative creation of a Business Model Canvas to define value proposition, offerings and new revenue streams to support

• Attention to accessibility and inclusivity requirements
